Appointments

As a courtesy, all appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Please give a minimum 24 hour notice if you must make changes to an appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the total services booking.

Gratuities

We greatly appreciate the generous gift of tipping, and request that tips are made directly to your stylist in the form of cash or personal check.

Services

All service prices vary according to hair length, texture and stylists’ time. All service prices are subject to change. If you are dissatisfied with a salon service, contact us immediately and we’ll gladly do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with the end result.

Payment

Visa, MasterCard, cash or check – all checks made to Salon Kroma of Cary will be processed electronically. If a check is returned to us for any reason, there will be a charge of $25 per check.

Retail

If you purchase a product and it is not working properly for your hair type, we will gladly exchange it so long as you return it within two weeks of purchase date.

Gift Card Processing Regulations

Due to changes in gift card processing regulations, Salon Kroma will only be able to use 80% of the balance on your gift card toward purchases.
